Ramirent is on a journey of change from a product based company to a solutions and knowledge based company. An improvement agenda, “NextRamirent”, drives the change. As part of its transformation Ramirent launched a Management Trainee Programme in April and started recruiting newly graduated candidates who are proactive, highly motivated in continuous development and who have the talent to develop Ramirent business in the future.
We received impressive applications, and based on ability assessments and interviews have selected selected a small first group of trainees. The trainees are from different universities and they all have different academic backgrounds and working experiences. Common for all of them is their ability to quickly adopt new things and their drive to accomplish.
“We hope that by the end of 2016 we have new key managers with a deep understanding of our business and who are capable of taking our company to the next level”, says Peggy Hansson, SVP, Human Resources, Health and Safety.
Ramirent wants to be a responsible employer and offers young graduates a four-step program that gives insight to rental business, Ramirent operations and business logic. At the same time the programme ensures competent future managers and offers them a possibility for a fast career track.
